Toolbox Tip - Handling Difficult Customers

The Ascora Team has been super busy in our headquarters.  We are introducing even more features to help you get even more value from Ascora and make things easier in your business.

 

Every business has them – Difficult customers!  If you have a customer who never pays on time or worse, still has invoices outstanding from ages ago chances are you want to stop doing more work for them until everything’s settled.

 

In the latest update of Ascora we’ve put additional prompts and notifications to warn you if a Customer has been placed On Hold.  Not only is there an on hold message displayed in the top information bar, we also show an additional confirmation prompt when creating a new Quote, Job or Booking for that Customer.

 

Now you can rest assured no one on your team will accidentally do future work for that Customer.

The On Hold Status has also been added to the Customer details preview on Quotes, Jobs and Invoices.
