Have a document, checklist, JSA or other documentation you need to be able to complete as part of your job process?  Ascora lets you create any kind of electronic form using the familiar Microsoft Word to generate the template – simply define the questions and then layout the corresponding fields in your template.  Then the electronic form can be completed right from the job without having to leave the Ascora app or re-enter any of the job or customer data.  Best of all, the resulting PDF document is recorded against the Job and can be emailed out if required.

GPS Tracking

As a business, time is money and we try to schedule as many jobs as we possibly can into our day. However, there are also traffic, difficult customers, jobs that take much longer than expected, additional requests while on site that could easily take up time already scheduled for the next customer in line. With all these unexpected events, it is really beneficial for the scheduler and the business to know where each of their team members are at any time and at what stage they are at their job should an urgent job shoot up just around the corner.  No need to have expensive additional GPS equipment installed – let the Ascora app constantly update your team’s locations.

Customer Portal

One of Ascora’s features that’s very popular with tradies that deal business to business.  Are you currently doing maintenance work for real estate agents, schools or shopping centers. You can grant your commercial clients access to your own Customer Portal, and let them create their own jobs in the system.  It also helps them keep track of Job status and lets them view job photos (only the ones you’ve published for them). They can also upload any attachments, such as job photos or work orders so all the necessary information is captured quickly and all in Ascora.

Enquiry Portal

So your customer found your website and emailed you an enquiry for a quote. If you are currently still manually typing in your quote into your Job Management System after reading that email, you need to let Ascora take over! Integrate your enquiry page with Ascora (just a few settings and clicks done on the back-end and your customer will not even know it!). Your enquiry page will look almost exactly the same but guess what, Ascora will take all the relevant information and directly enter it as an enquiry in the system.  Best of all addresses are autocompleted from Google Maps and the potential Customer can also upload any relevant photos or documents.  Once in Ascora a single click can convert this enquiry into a Customer and Quote or Job.   All you need to do now is take action NOT data entry!
